TexasDoctorLoans.com is in the competitive niche that provides mortgage products to physicians. The goal of the project was to take over a PPC (Pay-Per-Click Campaign) and enhance aesthetics while increasing the ROAS or return on ad spend.
Tools and Methodology
We took on a full re-brand approach for TexasDoctorLoans, creating an entire website filled with new copy and individual landing pages for each of the matching campaigns on Google Ads. This led to a custom tailored approach for each campaign, accompanied with a matching landing page that was built exclusively for the demographics of that target audience.
Several, carefully throughout services pages and landing pages were matched up with specific keywords and search campaigns.
The granular level of ad campaign structure led to a huge increase in ROAS (return on ad spend) for TexasDoctorLoans and a great byproduct of the new website creation and content architecture was that we saw a huge increase in search engine rankings as well. This combined effort of OnPage SEO, web design, and PPC campaigns has fueled a successful, multi-front lead generation campaign.
